Interim HealthCare of NEPA seeks a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team. As a DSP, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with disabilities to live independent lives. The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and CPR certification. Six months to one year of experience working with intellectually and physically disabled individuals is preferred. You will also need to be a strong communicator, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain accurate records of client care.
In this role, you will provide personalized care and assistance to our clients, helping them with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. You will also assist with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises, monitor client health, and report any changes to supervisors. Our DSPs are committed to providing exceptional care and service to our clients, and we are looking for someone who shares this commitment.
We offer a competitive pay rate of $17 per hour, with quarterly bonuses up to $200 annually. Other benefits include health insurance, accrued PTO, referral bonuses up to $500, weekly pay, direct deposit, and more.
