Interim HealthCare is currently seeking a Part-time with potential to be full time Registered Nurse Case Managerbased out of our Keene office.

TheRegistered Nurse Case Managerposition is responsible for managing a defined caseload of patients providing direct patient care and comprehensive nursing services to individuals in the community.

Schedule

• Monday- Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM( flexible days)
  
  

Job Requirements

• Valid nursing license in the state of NH
• 2 years of experience in skilled care preferred
• 1 year of experience in nursing supervision preferred
• Recent wound care experience preferred
• Current CPR certification
• Reliable transportation
