Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance with grooming, bathing, dressing, and hygiene needs
- Support mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises
- Assist with household tasks like laundry, meal planning, and light cleaning
- Ensure medication compliance with reminders and basic administration
- Create a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for residents
- Document services and changes in client condition
Requirements:
