- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program and active OT license in MI
- Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience, ideally in home healthcare
- CPR certification
- Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations
- Strong clinical judgment and interpersonal skills
