Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and nutrition
- Monitor patient vitals, intake/output, and blood glucose levels
- Work collaboratively with a team of hospice nurses to ensure a patient's care plan is followed
- Report any issues or changes in patient condition to supervisors
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active Home Health Aide certification and CNA certification in California
- CPR certification
- Covid-19 vaccination card
- Valid California driver's license and transportation
- Six months of healthcare experience, with hospice experience preferred
