Interim Healthcare of SW Virginia is hiring Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to provide home services to clients in the Christiansburg, VA area.

- Weekdays Monday - Friday day hours
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age
- PCA certificate from approved program
- Reliable transportation
- Up-to-date TB test
- Ability to pass criminal background check
Essential Functions:
- Assists clients with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, oral hygiene, and ambulation.
- Light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, grocery shopping.
- Helps with medication reminders, healthy movements, healthy diet and setting doctor appointments.
- Observes and reports changes in the client’s mental, physical, and emotional condition or home situation to Nursing Supervisor
