Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Home Care Registered Nurse. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.
About the Role
This is a full-time position working 32 hours per week, with opportunities for flexible scheduling. As a Registered Nurse, you will work independently to visit patients one-on-one in their home setting, completing admissions and/or visits for our Home Care team.
Responsibilities
- Complete admissions and/or visits for our Home Care team
- Provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes
- Work independently to visit patients one-on-one
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school for RN and licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Minnesota
- Minimum of twelve (12) months experience working in an acute care or home health environment
- Evidence of current CPR certification
- Experience in Home Care to include OASIS; minimum one (1) year experience preferred
- Able to travel within a geographic area serviced by the office
