Hours : Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm

Location : Office based in Roseville, MN, serving the southwest metro area, specifically cities south of Highway 394 and west of Highway 35W.

Compensation and Benefits :

Hourly Pay Range : $26.00 - $32.00
1,000 Hiring Bonus!

Requirements :

Must be currently licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Minnesota with an active and in-good-standing license.

Preferred : Two years of experience as a PTA.

Must be able to travel within the designated area; a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance are necessary.

CPR Certification required.

Key Responsibilities :

Contribute to the development and evaluation of patient care plans.

Provide necessary services as ordered by a physician under the plan of care.

Assist the treating Physical Therapist in documenting patient progress and responses to treatment.

Complete and submit accurate and timely documentation consistent with professional standards of practice and payer requirements.

Educate and counsel patients, families, and caregivers to facilitate progress towards established healthcare goals.
