Job Description: The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for completing admissions and/or visits for our Home Care team. This role involves visiting patients in their home setting, providing one-on-one care, and working independently. Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a graduate degree from an accredited school for RN and be licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Minnesota. Additionally, you must have evidence of current CPR certification and be able to travel within a geographic area serviced by the office.
