Requirements:
- Successful completion of post-secondary course from an accredited school for Massage Therapy.
- One year of Massage Therapy experience required.
- Hospice massage therapy experience preferred.
- Able to travel within serviced area with valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
- CPR Certification.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct initial evaluation and assess patient needs.
- Provide massage therapy services according to physician orders and IDG plan of care.
- Communicate with IDG regarding patient condition and progress.
- Participate in IDG meetings as requested.
- Document massage therapy services accurately and timely.
