About This Opportunity
- Affordable compensation package with an annual salary range of $87,360 - $106,080 plus compensation for weekend rotation

Work Environment
Full-time position with days Monday - Friday; occasional weekend rotations approximately every 6 weeks

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient function and performance, develop treatment plans, and provide interventions
- Collaborate with patients, representatives, and caregivers to create personalized plans of care
- Provide therapeutic treatments in accordance with physician-certified plans of care and professional standards of practice
