Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patient function and performance to develop a personalized plan of care.
- Assist physicians in evaluating patient needs and developing treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic treatments and interventions as ordered by the physician.
- Regularly assess changes in patient status and modify treatment plans as needed.
