We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiving Professional to join our team at Interim HealthCare of Western Michigan - Staffing. As a Resident Aide, you'll have the opportunity to work in different facilities, meet new people, and gain more experience.

The role involves providing personal care and hygiene support to patients, working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient care. This may include assisting with daily needs such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, eating, and nutritional intake.
You'll also assist with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises, check vitals, measure intake/output, and document any changes. Observing patient well-being and notifying supervisors of issues requiring adjustments to care or equipment is also essential.
To succeed as a Resident Aide, you should possess a high school diploma (or equivalent) and six months of previous adult caregiving experience or completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) course. Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations is also necessary.
Beyond these requirements, we value individuals with a compassionate nature, effective communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
