As a Resident Aide, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to address the personal care and hygiene needs of patients.
Key responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, eating, and nutritional intake, as well as helping with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises.
You'll also be responsible for observing patient behavior, notifying your supervisor of any changes or issues requiring adjustments in care, medication, or equipment.
Requirements for this role include a high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least 6 months of experience in adult caregiving or completion of a CNA course. You should also possess a compassionate nature, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
