Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) play a vital role in delivering patient care. As a CNA with Interim HealthCare Staffing, you'll work with a team of healthcare professionals to provide excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Care for the personal care and hygiene needs of patients
- Work collaboratively with physicians, RNs, LPNs, and aides
- Assist with daily tasks such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, eating, and nutritional intake
- Ambulate, transfer, and perform range of motion exercises as needed
- Monitor patient vitals, intake/output, blood glucose levels, and document changes
- Notify supervisors of issues requiring changes in care, medication, or equipment
Requirements:
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Active Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) in Michigan
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations
- Compassionate nature, effective communication skills, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
