Job Description
- Care for the personal care and hygiene needs of patients.
- Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient care.
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and nutritional intake.
- Help patients with mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, measure intake/output, and document any changes in their condition.
