General Purpose:
Assists the Director in establishing and monitoring compliance with standards to ensure clients and field employee's expectations are met or exceeded.
Essential Functions:
- Receives referral calls, documents intake for client services.
- Designs and delivers effective new employee orientations as needed to improve employee initial engagement with the company.
- Assists with performance management process
- Conducts home visits; Start of Care, Recertification and Supervisory Visits.
- Assists with administrative and clerical tasks as directed.
- Works with scheduling coordinators to assign appropriate staff to each client.
- Responsible for taking action when issues and problems are identified under the supervision of the Director.
A few must-haves for Licensed Practical Nurses:
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program and active LPN license in Kansas
- CPR certification
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations
- Demonstrated clinical proficiency, critical thinking skills, good communicator and compassionate
