Home Care CSR – Full-Time | Oklahoma City, OK
In-Office | Monday–Friday
At Interim HealthCare of Oklahoma City, our Customer Service Representatives are essential to the success of our Home Health team. This isn’t just a clerical role—it’s a pivotal position that keeps our care teams connected, our patients supported, and our services running efficiently.
We are looking for someone who is highly organized, dependable, and proactive—someone who understands the urgency of home health and responds with professionalism, precision, and heart.
In this role, you’ll be:

Coordinating patient care between referral sources, nurses, and therapists

Communicating clearly and compassionately with patients and families

Managing documentation and scheduling with speed and accuracy

Supporting clinical staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Learning and adapting in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
