Hospice Customer Service Representative – Full-Time | Oklahoma City, OK
In-Office | Monday–Friday
At Interim HealthCare of Oklahoma City, our Hospice Customer Service Representatives are more than just administrative support—they are a vital link in ensuring compassionate, timely care for patients and families during life’s most delicate moments.
We are looking for a calm, organized, and reliable team member who understands the emotional weight of hospice and brings warmth, professionalism, and precision to every task.
In this role, you’ll be:

Supporting a dedicated team of hospice nurses, aides, chaplains, and social workers

Coordinating schedules and communicating urgent needs with clarity and care

Managing sensitive documentation with confidentiality and accuracy

Serving as a compassionate point of contact for families, physicians, and referral sources

Helping ensure that patients receive timely, dignified care—every step of the way
