Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for hospice care? We are seeking an experienced Hospice Executive Director (or Director of Clinical Services) to lead our growing hospice organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for the hospice program.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and clinical quality (RN preferred but not required for the right candidate).
- Drive sales, census growth, and business development initiatives.
- Lead and mentor staff to foster engagement, retention, and professional development.
- Monitor and enhance quality benchmarks, patient outcomes, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand market reach and brand presence.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven leadership experience in hospice (Executive Director, Director of Clinical Services, or similar).
- RN is required
- Strong business acumen with a track record of driving growth.
- Passion for mentoring teams and fostering a positive, high-performing culture.
