Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and support services to clients in their homes
- Assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship
- Helping with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises
- Providing medication reminders and documenting client condition
- Ensuring a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways
- Participating in activities that bring joy to clients, such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies
