Job Responsibilities
As a Home Health Aide (HHA) with Interim HealthCare Personal Care and Support, your primary responsibility will be to provide personal care and support to seniors in their homes. This includes:
- Providing incidental/instrumental activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation and companionship
- Assisting with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises
- Providing medication reminders, documenting client conditions and notifying supervisors of any concerns
- Ensuring a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways
Additionally, you will participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading and hobbies.
