About the Position
This is an exciting opportunity to join our interdisciplinary team as a Home Health Aide (HHA). Your primary responsibility will be to provide hands-on personal care and support services to clients in their homes, working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Reporting changes in client conditions to supervisors
- Performing simple procedures as an extension of therapy or nursing services
- Providing incidental/instrumental activities of daily living to clients
