Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Home Health Aide, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care and support to seniors to enable them to live safely at home.
- Assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship.
- Helping with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises.
- Providing medication reminders and documenting patient conditions.
- Ensuring a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways.
- Participating in activities that bring clients joy, such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies.
Requirements:
To be eligible for this role, you must have:
- 6 months prior adult caregiving experience.
- Completion of a CNA course/certificate.
