Caregiver/Home Health Aide (HHA)
We are seeking caring individuals to provide hands-on personal care, report changes in the client's condition, perform simple procedures as an extension of therapy or nursing services, and provide incidental/instrumental activities of daily living to clients in their home setting.
As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, client-centered care that makes a significant difference in the lives of others.
Big Picture View of Duties:
- Provide personal care and support seniors need to live safely at home
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship
- Help with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises
- Provide medication reminders, document the client's condition, and notify a supervisor of any concerns
- Maintain a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways
- Engage clients in activities that bring joy, such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies

Job Requirements:
- 6 months prior adult caregiving experience or completion of a CNA course/certificate
- 2 positive professional references
Salary : $15 - $17
