Caregiver/Home Health Aide (HHA)
As a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide hands-on personal care, report changes in the client's condition, perform simple procedures as an extension of therapy or nursing services, and assist with daily living activities for clients in their home setting. This role is evaluated and delegated according to Interim HealthCare policies, federal, state, and local laws, and regulations.

Your Job Duties Will Include:
- Providing personalized support to seniors, enabling them to live safely at home.
- Assisting with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship.
- Aiding with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises.
- Reminding clients to take medication, documenting their condition, and notifying supervisors of any concerns.
- Maintaining a safe home environment by ensuring unobstructed pathways.
- Engaging in activities that bring joy to clients, such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies.
To Qualify for this Role:
- You must have 6 months of prior adult caregiving experience or have completed a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) course or certificate.
- We require two positive professional references.
