Care for seniors in the comfort of their own homes as a member of our interdisciplinary team.
As an extension of therapy or nursing services, provide hands-on personal care, report changes in client condition, and assist with daily living activities.
We are seeking caring and compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides (HHAs).
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and transportation.
- Help with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises.
- Provide medication reminders and document client condition.
- Maintain a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways.
