Job Description:
- Provide one-on-one personal care and support to clients, promoting independence and dignity.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship.
- Help clients with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises.
- Remind clients to take medication and document their condition.
- Maintain a safe home environment by ensuring unobstructed pathways and preventing falls.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months prior adult caregiving experience or completion of a CNA course/certificate.
- Two positive references from previous employers or supervisors.
