As a Caregiver/HHA, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional personal care and support services that enable our clients to maintain their independence and dignity.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care and support to seniors and individuals with disabilities, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and transportation.
- Assist with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises to help clients maintain their mobility and flexibility.
- Administer medication reminders and document client conditions, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to supervisors.
- Ensure a safe home environment by maintaining unobstructed pathways and promoting fall prevention strategies.
