Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide high-quality personal care and support services to seniors in their homes. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship.
- Assist with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises.
- Offer medication reminders and document client conditions.
- Ensure a safe home environment by maintaining unobstructed pathways.
- Participate in activities that bring joy to clients, such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies.
Requirements
- 6 months prior adult caregiving experience or completion of a CNA course/certificate.
- Two positive references.
