Job Title: Home Health Aide (HHA) / Caregiver
We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our interdisciplinary team as Home Health Aides (HHAs). As an HHA, you will provide hands-on personal care, report changes in client condition, perform simple procedures, and assist with daily living activities.

Job Duties:
- Personal Care: Assist seniors with bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship.
- Health Support: Help with ambulation, transferring, range of motion exercises, and medication reminders.
- Safety and Comfort: Ensure a safe home environment and participate in activities that bring clients joy.
Requirements:
- Caregiving Experience: 6 months prior adult caregiving experience or completion of a CNA course/certificate.
- References: 2 positive references required.
