About the Role:
As a Home Health Aide, you will provide personal care and support to seniors, enabling them to live safely at home.
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship
- Help with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises
- Provide medication reminders, document client condition, and notify supervisors of concerns
- Educate clients on healthy habits and lifestyle choices
Requirements:
- 6 months prior adult caregiving experience or completion of a CNA course/certificate
