Job Title: Caregiver/Home Health Aide (HHA)
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our interdisciplinary team. As an HHA, you will provide hands-on personal care, report changes in the client's condition, perform simple procedures as an extension of therapy or nursing services, and provide incidental/instrumental activities of daily living to clients in the home setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care and support to seniors, enabling them to live safely at home
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship
- Help with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises
- Provide medication reminders and document the client's condition
- Ensure a safe home environment by maintaining unobstructed pathways
- Engage clients in activities that bring them joy, such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies

Requirements:
- 6 months of prior adult caregiving experience or completion of a CNA course/certificate
- 2 positive references from previous employers
