About This Role:
As a Home Health Aide, your responsibilities will include providing personal care and support to seniors, assisting with activities of daily living, helping with ambulation and transfers, and ensuring a safe home environment.
Some of your specific tasks may include bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship. You will also provide medication reminders, document patient conditions, and notify supervisors of any concerns.
To participate in this role, you will need 6 months prior adult caregiving experience or completion of a CNA course/certificate.
