Caregiver/Home Health Aide (HHA)
As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide hands-on personal care, report changes in the client's condition, perform simple procedures as an extension of therapy or nursing services, and provide incidental/instrumental activities of daily living to clients in their home setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to seniors, enabling them to live safely at home
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship
- Help with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises
- Provide medication reminders and document the client's condition, notifying a supervisor of any concerns
- Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways
- Participate in activities that bring joy to clients, such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies

Requirements:
- 6 months prior adult caregiving experience or completion of a CNA course/certificate
- 2 positive references
