Caregiver/Home Health Aide (HHA)
As members of the interdisciplinary team, we provide hands-on personal care and report changes in the client's condition. We perform simple procedures as an extension of therapy or nursing services and provide incidental/instrumental activities of daily living to clients in their home setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support seniors need to live safely at home
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship
- Help with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises
- Provide medication reminders and document client condition
- Maintain a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways
- Participate in activities that bring joy to clients such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies

Requirements:
- 6 months prior adult caregiving experience or completion of a CNA course/certificate
- 2 positive references
