Caregiver/Home Health Aide (HHA)
As part of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide hands-on personal care to clients, report any changes in their condition, perform simple procedures as an extension of therapy or nursing services, and assist with daily living activities in the home setting.

A Big Picture View of Your Duties:
- Provide essential care and support to seniors to ensure they can live safely at home
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship
- Help with mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises
- Remind clients about their medication, document their condition, and notify a supervisor of any concerns
- Maintain a safe home environment by ensuring clear pathways
- Participate in activities that bring joy to our clients, such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies

Job Requirements:
- 6 months of prior adult caregiving experience or completion of a CNA course/certificate
- 2 positive references
