Caregiver/Home Health Aide (HHA) Role
As an integral member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide hands-on personal care, report changes in clients' conditions, perform simple procedures as an extension of therapy or nursing services, and offer incidental/instrumental activities of daily living to clients in their home settings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide essential support and care for seniors enabling them to live safely at home
- Assist with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship
- Help with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises
- Offer medication reminders and document clients' conditions, notifying supervisors of any concerns
- Maintain a safe home environment by ensuring unobstructed pathways
- Participate in activities that bring joy to clients, such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies

Job Requirements:
- 6 months of prior adult caregiving experience or completion of a CNA course/certificate
- 2 positive references from previous employers
