Caregiver/Home Health Aide (HHA)
As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide hands-on personal care, report changes in client condition, perform simple procedures as an extension of therapy or nursing services, and provide incidental/instrumental activities of daily living to clients in their home setting, as evaluated/delegated and permitted by federal, state, and local law or regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide seniors with the personal care and support they need to live safely at home
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship
- Help with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises
- Remind clients to take medication, document their condition, and notify a supervisor of any concerns
- Maintain a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways
- Participate in activities that bring joy to clients, such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies

Requirements:
- 6 months prior adult caregiving experience or completion of a CNA course/certificate
- 2 positive references
