Key Responsibilities:
- Support clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship
- Assist with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises
- Document the client's condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns
