Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality personal care and support to clients, enabling them to live safely at home.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship.
- Help clients with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises.
- Remind clients about medication, document their condition, and notify a supervisor of any concerns.
