Personal Care Assistant
Interim HealthCare is hiring Personal Care Assistants to work closely with Home Health Care Aides (HHAs) to provide top-notch care to clients in their homes. As a PCA, you'll contribute to creating a safe and supportive environment, helping clients maintain their independence and autonomy.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist HHAs in delivering personalized care and support services to clients, ensuring their unique needs are met.
- Conduct regular assessments of client needs, identifying areas for improvement and collaborating with HHAs to develop tailored care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of care services, coordinating with healthcare professionals as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of client care, adhering to our organization's policies and procedures.

Requirements
- 6 months prior adult caregiving experience or completion of a CNA course/certificate.
