About the Job
As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide hands-on personal care to clients, report changes in their condition, and perform simple procedures as an extension of therapy or nursing services. You will also provide incidental/instrumental activities of daily living to clients in the home setting as evaluated/delegated and as permitted by policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to seniors in their own homes
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship
- Help with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises
- Provide medication reminders and document client conditions
