Job Description
As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide hands-on personal care to clients in their homes, reporting changes in their condition and performing simple procedures as an extension of therapy or nursing services.
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship
- Help with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises
- Provide medication reminders, document client conditions, and notify supervisors of any concerns
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 6 months prior adult caregiving experience OR completion of a CNA course/certificate
- 2 positive references
