We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team. As an HHA, you will play a vital role in providing personal care and support to our clients, enabling them to live safely and independently at home.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide Personal Care: Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship.
- Assist with Ambulation and Transfer: Help clients move around their home safely and assist with transferring from one location to another.
- Medication Reminders and Documentation: Provide medication reminders and document client conditions, reporting any concerns to supervisors.
- Safe Home Environment: Ensure client homes are safe and free from hazards, with unobstructed pathways for easy mobility.
Requirements
- Experience: 6 months prior adult caregiving experience or completion of a CNA course/certificate.
- References: Two positive references required.
