As a member of our interdisciplinary team at Interim HealthCare Personal Care and Support, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Our Caregivers/Home Health Aides (HHAs) deliver personalized care to clients in their homes, supporting them in maintaining their independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver hands-on personal care to clients, including support with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship
- Assist with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises
- Provide medication reminders and document the client's condition, notifying a supervisor of any concerns

Requirements:
