Job Duties
- Provide personalized care and support to clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship.
- Help with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises to promote physical well-being.
- Remind clients to take medication, document their condition, and notify supervisors of any concerns.
- Maintain a safe home environment by ensuring unobstructed pathways and preventing falls.
