At Interim HealthCare, we provide personalized care and support to seniors in the comfort of their own homes. As a Home Health Care Professional, you will play a vital role in our interdisciplinary team, providing hands-on personal care and supporting clients with daily living activities.
We are seeking experienced individuals who share our passion for client-centered care. If you have a minimum of 6 months prior adult caregiving experience or have completed a CNA course/certificate, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to seniors in their homes
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship
- Help with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises
- Provide medication reminders and document client conditions
- Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways
