Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Home Health Companion Provider to join our team at Interim HealthCare. As a valued member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide personalized care and support to clients in their home setting.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on personal care and support to clients, enabling them to live safely at home.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship.
- Help clients with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises.
- Remind clients about medication, document their condition, and notify a supervisor of any concerns.
Requirements:
- 6 months of prior adult caregiving experience or completion of a CNA course/certificate.
- 2 positive references from previous employers or supervisors.
