Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized care and support to clients in their homes
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Help clients with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises
- Monitor client conditions and report any concerns to supervisors
- Engage in activities that promote client well-being and happiness
